Purpose
A key value representing the record of the bottom boundary in the range of key values that will be included in the current scope of the controlling order.

Description
The access calls internally the method bArrayServer:OrderInfo() with the constant DBOI_SCOPEBOTTOM.
If a new value is assigned to the access the server sends a NotifyIntentToMove message before the operation. After successful execution a NotifyFileChange message is sent.
